Near Elahuizen, Parc Fluessen is located directly on the Fluessen in southwest Friesland. It's a small-scale park with a marina, the Koggeplaet, just a 1-minute walk away. The vast water of the Fluessen offers fantastic opportunities for those seeking peace and water sports enthusiasts. In the marina, there are several options to rent a sailboat, and you can also enjoy a bite to eat and drink. The charming towns of Woudsend and Balk are easily accessible by bike or car.

The House

De Gloppe is a luxurious detached holiday home built in 2023 located by the Fluessen, featuring a garden, private swimming, and mooring jetty. The house is designed for 6 people..

Ground floor
De Gloppe features a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, Smart TV, and a large dining table. The open kitchen is part of the living room and includes a multifunctional oven, Quooker (boiling-water tap), dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and milk frother.

Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double box spring bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate sink. The toilet is separate at the entrance.

First floor
The first floor, accessed via a staircase from the hallway, has 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double box spring bed and a workspace, and a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a second bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

Outdoors
Through the French doors in the living room, you can access the garden with a lovely terrace. The garden borders directly on the water (the Fluessen). Here, you can set up windsurf sails and, of course, endlessly enjoy the sunset, the beautiful view, peace, and space.

In the area, there is plenty to do. Of course, this place is fantastic for water sports enthusiasts. Windsurfing and sailing from your own jetty or renting a boat at the adjacent marina are great options. Besides sailing, there are excellent opportunities for hiking and cycling in the nearby nature reserves. You'll also find numerous beautiful Frisian villages nearby with delightful terraces, shops, and a rich history.
